Some Indexed Strategies contain more than one share class. Assurity Advisors plans offered to date have invested in either the Signal Share class or the Investor Share class. As of September 18, 2007, any Assurity Advisors plan assets invested in the Admiral Share class were automatically converted to the Vanguard Signal class. The expense ratios for the Admiral and Signal classes are identical. As long as the expense ratios remain the same between the Admiral and Signal Class shares, Admiral share performance will be provided as a reference for long term performance of the Signal class. While shareholders in these classes incur different costs, the fund's objective, management and underlying investments are identical in each class.
